Drawin' my dog Zeus for portfolio, and I need to practice more on it. This was actually my first time ever drawing a dog!! I barely draw animals...and I discovered I LOVE DRAWING ANIMALS! They are so fun! And also some more life drawings in class (human anatomy & physiology, marketing and health classes).

reportage + figure drawing

Reportage drawings are portfolio hw and I finally found figure drawing classes. It took forever! And I am really out of shape. :( I hope I get enough for portfolio day; I don't want to have ALL CSSSA drawings b/c I know my CSSSA teachers who are also CalArts teachers are looking forward to seeing new stuff.

I had this one critiqued and this must be fixed!!! But for now take this.

CONCENTRATE 1

finished my first AP concentration!! I don't think I'll reveal the theme now; it'll become more obvious and obvious as I go.

A couple of things in AP art class... and yes.. I...have to use pencil... I am ashamed.. and I can already feel the negative effects of it: in my second pic I'm losing confidence/feeling afraid to go on with my lines in pen. This is why I don't like to use pencil anymore..although I gotta say I do miss the soft feel it can give.
