dogs & classes

Drawin' my dog Zeus for portfolio, and I need to practice more on it. This was actually my first time ever drawing a dog!! I barely draw animals...and I discovered I LOVE DRAWING ANIMALS! They are so fun! And also some more life drawings in class (human anatomy & physiology, marketing and health classes).

reportage + figure drawing

Reportage drawings are portfolio hw and I finally found figure drawing classes. It took forever! And I am really out of shape. :( I hope I get enough for portfolio day; I don't want to have ALL CSSSA drawings b/c I know my CSSSA teachers who are also CalArts teachers are looking forward to seeing new stuff.

I had this one critiqued and this must be fixed!!! But for now take this.

And random people too. I only drew one friend in here (my darling Keyarah bby!).
I'm actually starting to get tired of drawing the same people over and over again from the same position/angle over and over, so I stayed after school for a club to find new people. It's a good idea.

slow down

I was wondering why my life draws seemed so boring? Then I realized: I'm rushing too fast. I'm eager to get better so I just keep going and going and don't take the time to add onto them. But from now on I'm going to be more careful and make things awesome.
